Friday
25 March - Registration
Check-in at the Broadwater Pagoda Hotel Como. Security parking
provided for Vettes.
2.00 pm and 5.00 pm:Registration in the hotel lobby. You will
receive your convention pack.
6.00 pm:Meet and Greet Barbecue - Hawaiian style.
Saturday 26 March
9.00 am:Depart Pagoda and travel in convoy to Historic Fremantle
Prison. Your car will be on display within the grounds. A light
lunch will be provided.
3:00 pm: Return to your accommodation for some R & R.
7.00 pm:Buses depart Pagoda for a Jailhouse Rock and Roll night
within the Prison.
11.30 pm: Return buses will depart for the Pagoda.
Sunday 27 March
Cruise along West Coast Highway in convoy and cut inland to
the Swan Valley for lunch.
Afternoon: optional Autokhana will be held at nearby Caversham
or find your own way back to your accommodation via one or two
of the many local wineries.
Gala Dinner: held in the Historic Ballroom of the Pagoda. Awards
and tropies will be presented. Smart dress standards apply.
Monday 28 March
Between 10.00am and noon: Brunch will be provided in the park
adjacent to the Pagoda.

Discount accommodation rates have been allowed for convention
entrants and guests however the Club is not in a position to
guarantee availability of rooms. We suggest that entrants contact
the Hotel to make their own bookings and payment arrangements
as soon as possible. You will need to advise the reservations
staff that you are attending our Convention.
