On behalf of all the kids.....

On Sunday December 6th mum and dad took my brother Jack and me to the clubs end of year family Christmas party.  It was at Tom and Cheryls property at Mt Cotton.

As soon as we got there we headed straight to the jumping castle to get some fun in before Ernie and Dad hogged it like last year. When all the other kids arrived it got quite busy and hot in there so we all used lots of water pistols to squirt each other and cool down the castle. We also accidentally squirted some of the parents!

Lucky we were given lots of lemonade to be able to continue all day. Our muscles were aching from having fun so we all sat down for a yummy lunch cooked by our dads. After lunch Tom had his water cart set up with a long plastic slide down the hill, and with a little soap it was slippery enough to get up a good speed. All the 20 kids loved this and one dad dressed in a Santa suit, (yes mine,) did lots of slides and tricks. We continued having water fights until Santa arrived in his red C5 sleigh. (I like red too) Presents were given to all us kids because we were being so good!!!

Later in the day we played touch footy out on the front lawn until the sun went down. For me it was fun to play with my cousins, meet new kids, remember old ones and join in with the great friends that mum and dad talk so much about...
