The old saying is ‘if it’s not broke, don’t fix it” certainly applies to the Golden Choice Restaurant at Ormeau which was the Friday Night Dinner venue arranged by Bob and Lorna.  We’ve been there before, and will go again so say the 24 people from the club that participated in the evening.

The food was terrific and the company …….. Unfortunately there was an issue with the table occupied by the “Roberts, Kelly's and Turners.  Their table cloth was redecorated to extent that its ownership needed to be other than the proprietors of the restaurant.  It is now an asset (?) of the club & will be used as an ongoing record of the Friday Night Dinners.  The evening ended with a Chinese dragon display which was initiated by Bob.  He looked the part!
