A Suburban Dinner

That it was, and a very nice dinner in the suburbs thanks to Ali who organised our last F.N.D to wrap up the 2010 year of culinary dining experiences in fine form.

 After meeting at Clive Peeters Loganholme at 6:15, we ventured north to Mount Gravatt, a few Corvettes but mostly civilian vehicles parked where we felt comfortable, then waited for the Millers to come out of the wrong venue (there's always one).  The front room was reserved for us to make as much noise as we wanted, so we obliged willingly.

The meals were all very very good, Geoffrey thought the "button" mushrooms went so well on the "jacket" potatoes.  The deserts were even better, hey Kathie, (sweet).  Phil was impressed because they had VB, and he thinks it is better to be a good liver than to have one, and the Rum, Ernie?  He said, "Rum makes you feel how you ought to feel without Rum !!" 

Nice to have Wendi join us and she was a perfect candidate for one of Webro's "shocking" tricks along with a few others.  Four victims in one night would have to be a record Johnny.....

It got late early, Afghatto's all round, then us lucky ones who ventured out in our Vettes could enjoy the cruise back home. 

Thanks to all those that joined us for our Suburban Friday Night Dinner, and all those that joined us all year for our FND's, 2011's just round the corner and it starts all over again......... cheers Peter.
