Sunday 24th October 2010 - Thumm Estate Winery - Gold Coast Hinterland

Sunday morning of the 24th October a last minute event was added to the social calendar, a "Quick Blat for Brekkie".

Leaving the Hyperdome at 8.30am, 16 of us cruised down the M1 on route to Thumm Estate Winery, Coomera, for a big breakfast.  Picking up the Mihill's along the way and with the Squires catching up, then meeting the Tait's and Webro's there ,a total of 22 people with 10 Vettes filled the car park.  Coffee, tea, juice and brekkie of all descriptions filled the travellers bellies,

 Geoff was disappointed hat he wasn't allowed the wine tastings, but was mischievous anyway.  Con took his last few shots of Corvettes with the beautiful winery and mountain backdrop for the clubs calendar and then we all terrorised the car park area for more photo's and I let the other tourists sit in the Tigershark for some pics of their own.

Home by 11.30 which still gave Ali enough time to do some chores whilst I watched the V8's run around Surfers.

Thanks to the crew at Thumm for fitting us in at the last minute and also to Ali for helping put this together to help fill a hole in the October events calendar.

Like I always say, there's always someone wanting to do something at the last minute, in this case 22,
