Established in 1985, we have built up a reputation for quality.

We use only the prime cuts of meat which are cooked on site.  All salads are homemade and prepared fresh on the day of the function.  Our savouries are cooked or prepared on site and presented to guests by our friendly staff.  Our extensive dessert range is prepared by a European patisserie chef.

Undercover Cars at Capalaba (in Brisbane), Queensland has been established for fifteen years and specialises in the buying and selling of collector and special interest vehicles including Veteran, Vintage, Luxury and Sports Cars and anything classic, rare or unusual. Marques such as MG, Porsche, Triumph, Mercedes-Benz, Bentley, Chevrolet, Buick etc. are common place in our showroom alongside classic Holdens and Falcons.  The name “Undercover Cars” denotes that all the vehicles are displayed and protected from the elements, undercover in our building.  

Ron McCann, the brainchild of this business, is a true motoring enthusiast with a real passion for all cars.  He is a foundation member of the Vintage Chevrolet Club of Australia and a current member of around five classic car clubs. He has written articles for numerous publications while having owned a great variety of collector cars. 

Ron believes that it is worth owning good cars and it is far wiser to pay a little more for a high-quality vehicle than trying to spend your way into a decent car from a restoration project. Undercover Cars therefore concentrates on selling vehicles which are in top showroom condition at reasonable prices. Ron has an “eye” for a good vehicle in magnificent condition; and such pristine cars usually sell quickly.  It is about offering value for money!  For this reason there are always a variety of makes and models for display and sale.

Many of our cars are sold interstate and some are sold overseas.  Transport and insurance is easy to arrange and costs less than you think.  About thirty vehicles are usually in stock at ant one time, and all have been carefully selected and prepared for sale.  Some of the cars are later examples but have very low mileage or maybe they are  1 or 2 owner vehicles.  Warranties are available for most cars.
