President's Report (July 2006)

Well, it's good to be back! Holidays are great, but it's always nice to get home.

A very big thankyou to Bob Mihill for looking after the chair while I was away, he tells me everything went off smoothly.

By the time you receive this Christmas in July will be over and I'm sure it will have been fantastic. I think this is our biggest crowd to date! Could be the fact that you can have Christmas with your friends instead of family!!!!

A big reminder that our Concourse at Wynnum is fast approaching on August 20th and a strong turnout would be great. It's a lovely spot near the water and the weather should be perfect- not too hot yet. Don't forget to bring a fold up chair and some shade if you have it. Food will be available at the venue, but a picnic lunch is also an option. Full show'n'shine is occurring, as in previous years.

Please remember your annual membership fees are once again due and that we really need you to fill in all your contact details at the bottom of the page, as we are currently updating our club database. Thankyou very much Sandy, for your assistance with this job.
