President's Report  (February 2008) 

Hi to all members and your families.  

March is here already, where is the year going, just like the petrol in a 454 Big Block – very quickly.  What a great time we all had at Mike’s Steakhouse (Merrimac -  Gold Coast).   Well Done to Alison and Peter for all the effort they put in to organize the Friday Night Dinner, give us more Friday nights like that.

 Australia Day run to Ormiston State School and to be a part of the three hundred car display and afterwards a nice long run to Eagle Heights Hotel, Mt Tamborine for lunch.  A great day out was had by all with Peter’s father entertaining us on his mouth organ.  Thank You James for organizing this event.

 It is good to see different members participating in Club events and giving new life to our fantastic Club.  We now have 120 paid-up members and growing.  Make sure you check the events page in your magazine for all the fun to come.
