President's Report (January 2008) 

Hi, Happy New Year, Hope you and your families had a great Xmas and New Year .

The Club has a big year ahead with 118 paid up Members we are looking good.

Friday Night Dinners are getting bigger each month, up to 40 people each Friday having a lot of fun.

Feb 15 th Run is to ( Vic-Point ) Turkish Restaurant with Belly Dancers all night ( NEV-PETER-and BOB will give it a go ) We have been told the food is very good as well .

Sat 23^rd, we are looking forward to the Run ,BRIDGES and TUNNELS in BRISBANE - Trip Leader Nev Solomon .

What a great start to the year so far with lots more to come.

HOT ROD SHOW in May this year ,the theme is Evolution of the CORVETTE from 1953 to 2007 .

We our looking for a organizer for this and helpers for the 4 days the Corvettes will be on Display, please come forward with your names and it will be Success.

YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU ..

Don’t forget Easter this year March 21-24 , Adelaide 2008 NATIONAL CORVETTE CONVENTION ,all who are going please book and pay A.S.A.P., then Adelaide can total the numbers.

Chris Carson (THE DOCTOR ) HAS STARTED WORK ON MY 1971 ROADSTER.so we will see it back on the road this year again , I am still driving Nev Solomon’s very quick 1985 until he requires it back.  Thank you Nev,  good to have good mates.

Lorna and I look forward to seeing you all on the RUNS and TRIPS this year .
