President's Report  (July 2008) 

G’Day to all members and their families. 

Hi to all Corvette Lovers, the year soon goes when you are having fun in the sun. 

What a fantastic day our Gold Coast Concourse was, a big thank you to all that attended.  We are looking forward to next year at the same venue and once again a big thank you to all the helpers on the day that made it a complete success.

 When you receive your vetteletter it will be August – Big month ahead.

Nev’s  American Icons Day with the Hogs bikies club.   Ernie’s Topless Run to Murwillumbah, Alison and Carolee are looking forward to this.  Read the two run reports in the events pages.

Lorna and I are going to the Irish Pub again on Friday night (15^th Aug) at Calypso Bay, the Club always has a good turn out for this run, so come along and join in on the fun and the excellent food.  Details as per Friday Night Run report.

 Our Club’s AGM is on Wednesday 6^th August, so put your hands up for the new committee – we are looking for new blood and new ideas. Don’t forget to fill in your nomination form.
